Bee’s Blossom

1.5 oz Ocho Plata Silver Tequila
½ oz 1:1 Honey Syrup (equal parts honey & water)
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
¼ oz Aperol
2-3 oz Flying Embers Lemon Orchard Kombucha

Combine all ingredients except Hard Kombucha in a shaker tin, add ice, shake vigorously and strain into an ice filled pint glass. Top with Lemon Orchard Kombucha and garnish with an orange twist.

Dark n’ Stormy

1.5 oz Dark Rum
1 Lime
6 oz Flying Embers Ginger & Oak Kombucha

Combine 6oz of Ginger & Oak Kombucha with 2oz dark rum, juice from half a lime and stir until combined. Cut remaining lime into wedges and serve in a pint glass over ice.

Dark n’ Stormy

1 Lime
6 oz Flying Embers Ginger & Oak Kombucha

Ancient Berry Gin Smash

6 Red Raspberries
4 Blackberries
1.5 oz Simple Syrup
4 oz Gin
2 oz Flying Embers Ancient Berry Kombucha

Thoroughly muddle berries and simple syrup. Add 4oz gin and shake over ice. Strain into highball glass full of crushed ice and float 2oz Ancient Berry Kombucha. Garnish with a skewer of berries.

Combine all ingredients except Hard Kombucha in a shaker tin, add ice, shake vigorously. Float 3oz Ginger & Oak Kombucha and garnish with pinch of cinnamon, dehydrated lime wheel, and mint sprig.

Ember’s Mule

1.5 oz Vodka
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice & Lime Wheel
Flying Embers Ginger & Oak Kombucha
Cinnamon & Mint Sprig

2 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
Flying Embers Grapefruit Thyme Kombuch
Thyme Sprig
Salt

Rim glass with slat and pour all ingredients except Hard Kombucha into low ball glass filled with ice. Float 2oz Grapefruit Thyme Kombucha. Garnish with thyme sprig.

2 oz Pineapple Chili Flying Embers Hard Kombucha
.5 oz Amaretto
.5 oz Dark Rum

Combine silver rum, orange juice and grenadine, add ice and shake. Float the Pineapple Chili Kombucha, amaretto and dark rum. Garish with Pineapple Slice & Luxardo Cherry with stem.

Combine all ingredients in old fashion glass filled with ice. Float 2 oz Ancient Berry Kombucha on top. Garnish with lemon wedge and raspberries.
